As a specialist Revenues and Benefits provider of print, hybrid mail and e-communications to Local Authorities over the last 30 years, it will come as no surprise to hear that we are exhibiting at the IRRV Spring Conference, which takes place on 16 and 17 May at Stadium MK in Milton Keynes.
As well as taking the opportunity to meet with some familiar faces, we are also looking forward to extending our network with plenty of new connections, and that’s why we would like to invite any delegates to Stand 9.

Sharing in our success
We would like to take the opportunity to share some of our successes over recent years and to provide an update on how we work with more than 100 Local Authorities throughout the country.
Working with these organisations, we deliver a range of services including the production of annual and daily Council Tax demands with matched benefit notifications along with NDR demands, BID notifications and debt recovery notifications, along with many other resident communications we issue on behalf of banks, financial institutions (covering debt collection) and NHS Trusts.
The investment we have made in new equipment in the last 12-months has supported us in achieving all SLAs for our customers, while never compromising on quality, so we are tried and tested.
Having the capacity and qualified capability in place, with everything produced and managed on site so we have absolute control, means we have never been in a more positive position.
An example of our work
Rather than simply take our word for it, we would like to take this opportunity to share a case study with you. This focuses on the work that we deliver with Leeds City Council, a client we have had for more than 18-years.
As the preferred supplier to the Revenues and Benefits department, we are responsible for the annual print and dispatch of 300k Council Tax bills every March. Handling projects of scale, we managed the recent annual billing project which included approximately 315k bills, 65k multi-page benefit notification letters and 100k selective forms in four sorts. This resulted in 1.14m sides of printing and 320k envelopes.
