- Before the flyover towards Blackwall Tunnel, Canary Wharf and Isle of Dogs take the left hand lane and exit to Stratford A1011 , Royal Docks, City and ExCel
- Follow the road (Rathbone Street) which will curve slightly towards the right until you get to a set of traffic lights
- Turn right at the lights
- At the roundabout, go straight towards A1011 (Manor Road) heading to West Ham / Stratford
- Continue straight past Carpetrights & Wickes, then take your next left at the top of the hill onto Stephenson Street
- Follow the road until you get to a mini roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bidder Street
- Segro Park Canning Town is the estate to your left with a barrier in front
- Go through the barrier and follow the road straight up
- At the end, turn right into the FDM car park
- Reception is located at the top of the external staircase
- Head Northbound through the Blackwall Tunnel on the A102
- Take 2nd exit after leaving tunnel (follow signs for Tilburn / Barking A13)
- Straight ahead at next set of lights follow A13
- Carry on straight towards A13 on East India Dock Road staying in left hand lane and through 2 more sets of lights follow signs for A13 and Canning Town
- Bear left and follow sign for A1011 – Canning Town
- First exit left on flyover and follow the One-Way system to the left onto Bidder Street
- Turn left back onto Stephenson Street
- At the Roundabout take the 1st exit to Segro Park Canning Town
- Go through the gates and follow the road straight up
- At the end, turn right into the FDM car park
- Reception is located at the top of the external staircase
Star Lane (DLR) is the closest station and can be reached from:
- Canning Town tube station (Jubilee Line) towards Stratford International
- Stratford tube station (Central and Jubilee Line) towards Beckton or Woolwich Arsenal
- Stratford International DLR station towards Beckton or Woolwich Arsenal
- Beckton or Woolwich Arsenal DLR stations towards Stratford International
- Exit Star Lane DLR station / Western entrance (Cody Road should be opposite the exit)
- Turn left from the exit steps and lift.
- At the mini roundabout, take the second exit (Bidder Street North) from where you can see the Security gates.
- Enter Segro Park Canning Town past the barrier and follow the road straight ahead until you reach the river.
- We are located on the right hand side at the top of the external stair case.
